Brad Burleson is the primary force behind Field Hollar Sound & Recording. Brad has several years experience in sound reinforcement,
and has worked in over 100 major music venues and festivals throughout the United States, including: The Fillmore in San Francisco, CA; The Fillmore in Denver, CO;
Irving Plaza in New York City, The Fox Theater in Atlanta, GA; The Crystal Ballroom in Portland, OR; and several of the House of Blues venues throughut the
United States. Festivals include: The Telluride Bluegrass Festival, Bonnaroo, Austin City Limits Music Festival, High Sierra Music Festival and The Northwest String Summit.
Brad toured for two years as Monitor, Multi-Tracking and Backline Engineer for Yonder Mountain String Band, directing the wiring and set-up of the stage, running monitors, as well as
making a 24-track recording of each of the band's performances across the United States. One of these multi-track recordings, Yonder Mountain String Band's "Mountain Tracks Three", debuted in the Billboard Country Music's Top 100. In addition to that Brad
has recorded several other live shows for release, among these a handful of Yonder Mountain String Band's "Live Download" series as well as Warren Wilson
College's Folk Choir, which has achieved quite a bit of recognition throughout the region. Currently Brad regularly does sound for several large regional acts, including Acoustic Syndicate, Snake Oil Medicine Show, and CX-1.
